Features

• Size and finish: 36" wide x 24" deep chrome wire shelf; individual shelf weight is 13 lb.
• Load capacity per level: 800 lb per level for shelves up to 48" wide (this unit falls into that range); shelves wider than 48" are rated at 600 lb per level, with the load distributed evenly.
• Total unit capacity: Complete shelf units can support up to 2000 lb when assembled with the appropriate number of shelves and posts.
• Configuration: Suitable for direct wall mounting or freestanding setups using posts. Shelf ledges shown in diagrams are not included and must be ordered separately.
• Foot plates: 14" shelving foot plates are required for freestanding units to ensure stability.
• Mobile units: For mobile configurations, the maximum post height is 54".
• Safety note: Do not use 14" shelving with posts higher than 74" for safety and stability.
• Compatibility: Designed to work with Metro’s post-and-accessory ecosystem for expanded storage options.
