Shipping policy

At Problem Solver, we understand that our customers appreciate fast delivery at a reasonable cost. We make every effort to keep shipping costs low while offering timely and reliable delivery. Our preferred carriers are USPS and UPS.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii & U.S. Territories

Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and all United States territories and possessions will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited UPS Air Shipping options are available. Please call 800-286-5471 for a quote.

International Shipping

All international packages will be sent via International Priority Mail through the United States Postal Service. APO/FPO addresses qualify for international shipping charges.

We will charge the actual shipping cost plus a $5.00 per box processing and handling fee.

Note: The customer assumes responsibility for all customs and duty charges, as well as any other applicable fees or taxes, including VAT. If you prefer that Problem Solver pre-pay customs, taxes, and duties, you will be billed separately for the actual charges once they become available.

Using a Customer UPS Account

We can arrange to use a customer’s UPS account number upon request. A standard processing and handling fee of $6.95 will apply.

Metro Products

Metro products ship F.O.B. from the PA or TN warehouse and are subject to different shipping and handling guidelines.
