Metro Kitting Carts streamline the handling of totes, PCB carriers, trays, and other material handling containers on busy assembly lines and distribution floors. Available in single, double, or triple bay configurations—with an adjustable-width option—these carts are designed to optimize space, improve kit organization, and move components efficiently.

PT1C (single bay), PT2C (double bay), PT3C (triple bay).

Adjustable width option: APT1C provides 16–25" width to fit tight aisles or wide workstations.

Casters: Each cart includes 2 brake casters and 2 swivel casters, with your choice of resilient rubber or polyurethane tread for durability and floor compatibility.

Slides and carrier setup: Single bay carriers come with six S3C slides; double bay carriers include six S3C singles and three S4C doubles; triple bay carriers feature six S3C singles and six S4C doubles. Extra slides are available for purchase (sold individually).

Dimensions and weight: 42" W x 26" D x 68" H; weight 73 lb. Finish accommodates resilient caster wear on typical shop floors.
