Metro Kitting Carts are purpose-built for efficient handling of totes, PCB carriers, trays, and other material containers. Available in single, double, or triple bay configurations, they’re designed to streamline mobility and customization for electronics assembly, EMS environments, and warehousing kitting stations.

Features

• Modular configurations: PT1C (single bay), PT2C (double bay), PT3C (triple bay). Optional adjustable width unit APT1C provides 16–25" flexibility to fit your workspace.
• Mobility with controlled handling: 2-brake and 2-swivel casters available in resilient rubber or polyurethane tread to balance grip, floor protection, and maneuverability.
• Slide systems tailored to bay size: PT1C uses six S3C slides; PT2C uses six S3C single slides and three S4C double slides; PT3C uses six S3C single slides and six S4C double slides. Slides are sold individually; order extra as needed.
• Dimensions roughly 68" (H) × 23" (W) × 26" (D) with an estimated weight of 56 lb, designed for stable transport without occupying excessive floor space.
